RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Every Cocova product is handcrafted with care and we value your happiness & satisfaction with our products. In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase or experience, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to resolve your concerns.
All products are sold on a no return for credit basis, unless the products are received in a damaged state, are faulty, or incorrectly supplied. Kindly email us at email@example.com within 72 hours and our team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Only unopened products that are still in their original packaging will be eligible for an exchange. Any decision to grant a refund will be at our discretion (subject to our legal obligations) but we will always endeavour to address any complaints to our customers satisfaction. We will process any approved refunds within 5 business days of approval.
