INGREDIENTS

150gms Milk

12- 14 pieces Curious Dark Chocolate Buttons

25ml Freshly brewed coffee (room temperature)

5-6no. Ice cubes

METHOD

  • Pour 50ml of milk in a saucepan and heat it.
  • Pour this hot milk over the chocolate buttons and whisk to melt them. Mix well until all the chocolate buttons have melted. Let it cool down for 5-7 minutes.
  • Alternatively, you can also melt the chocolate buttons with the milk on the stove. Be careful not to let it boil.
  • Keep your freshly brewed espresso ready. Make sure it’s at room temperature before use.
  • Half fill a tall glass with the desired amount of ice cubes.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the glass. Add the shot of espresso.
  • Finish the drink by pouring the remaining amount of cold milk. You can also froth up this remaining milk before adding.
  • Mix well and enjoy your cold-chocolate drink!
